DiCar, an application designed and developed by Lazy Cat Travel Agency. It will be used as a work tool for drivers who provide tourists having chosen a "do it yourself" tour with pick-up and delivery services. First and foremost, DiCar can serve as an electric work schedule, where work assignments for divers of the current and the next day, as well as all completed assignments are recorded (Data of the App will be updated in real time). It will provide drivers with clear guidelines for work. Second, on DiCar, work assignments are presented in the form of decks of cards, and it is equipped with a communication icon on the left bottom of each assignment card. Click on that icon, then the driver can choose to call any other colleagues related to this assignment. Last but not least, it has an in-built map on DiCar, which will show the customers and the driver’s location. With this map, a driver will perfectly know where his or her customers are, and the distance between them as well. We have designed and developed this application DiCar with the purpose in mind that it can offer great convenience to drivers who provide tourists(precisely our customers) with pick-up and delivery services, thus improving their work efficiency. We hope that with the help of DiCar, drivers will be able to pick up or deliver most or even all customers on time, so that the customer experience will be greatly improved.
