This application has been created to facilitate breathing in meditation in order to reduce stress, anxiety and to increase happiness and relaxation. The breathing exercises are specific to how you are personally feeling to ensure effectiveness.
The application is completely free to use as we believe everyone should be able to practice mindfulness and feel calm within themselves in any situation. It is child-friendly to help kids get through stressful situations as well. Let's all feel calmer and happier together!
The app features include breathing exercises for various mental health states, a daily mood selection and a weekly moods overview. The 'daily mood' selection records how you are feeling on a specific day. This also gets recorded in the 'weekly moods' overview so you can see your progress and how your mood changes throughout the week. Also, the breathing exercises are adapted to the mood you're in!
