An Occupation based program targeting common areas affected by persistent pain including:
- Leisure activities - golf, lawn bowls, running, going to parties, restaurants and the movies
- Relaxation - reading, using computers/tablets, watching television
- Domestics duties - cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping
- Productivity - returning to paid employment or volunteer work
- Personal care - sleep, showering, dressing, grooming
Plus lots more.
Contributions made by a range of Health Professionals including Occupational Therapists, a Nurse, Psychologists and a Health Promotion Officer.
